Without SLA for security errata in Fedora Core, attention is given to Red Hat's enterprise contract
Red Hat is using contract law to limit installations
Multiple installations without paying is not a violation of any copyright license, but is a violation of the contract and possibly trademark rules
Still technically honoring GPL and other FOSS licenses
Source code is still available to the public
Contract violations could result in a dispute, but with a settlement resulting in contract termination the code is still free
Audit provisions are ominous (one year after end of contract?)
