Get hold of binaries without signing a contract?
Someone *else* would have to violate their contract for that to happen
Still need to rebuild the source rpms for updates or convince your source for the original binaries to provide updates
May still have to separate out logos, replace with generic images
Potentially a violation of trademark rules (but is it enforceable?)
